| Usage | Place one scoop of Bleaching Powder into a non-metallic mixing bowl and slowly mix with 40 to 60 ml of New Life Oxidant Cream until desired consistency is reached. Apply where highlights are wanted. Process up to 30 minutes or until desired lightness is achieved. |
